In 1978, a company named HHP International was created in New York City to facilitate the growing needs of Brazilian manufacturers and companies to have a purchasing agent in the USA to procure goods worldwide. By 1999, Grupo Sada a multinational Brazilian Corporation purchased HHP and created American Prologic, Inc. in Miami, Florida and Brazil Prologic in Sao Paulo and Belo Horizonte Brazil.

In a constant effort to meet and exceed our client’s expectations, we are now able to offer services beyond a purchasing agent to include worldwide logistic coordination, product research, contract negotiations, marketing support, flexible payment terms and much more.
